I entered the world of engineering in 1976, and have spent all of my time since then supplying the finest products to the most demanding markets. From day one of the Lincmaster story my mission has been to keep the tools of your trade where they belong, with you. By a process of collaboration with the Plant & Equipment industry our team has designed and manufactured a field-tested range of anti-theft products to give you peace of mind, and to help you avoid expense, hassle and downtime. Making thieves lives as difficult as possible is my top hobby!

Dave Carless

Wine loving vegetarian with outstanding expertise in pretending to be a grown up! I have been meat free since 1995 and spent my life working to become a millionaire because I believe I’d be excellent at being one. I consider myself cultured because I like avocados and I’m a veteran papercut survivor and lover of potato snacks. I have also been with the company for over 20 years and involved in Lincmaster supply chain, logistics and marketing for the past decade. By a process of collaboration with the Plant & Equipment industry our team has designed and manufactured a field-tested range of anti-theft products to give you peace of mind, and to help you avoid expense, hassle and downtime. Making thieves lives as difficult as possible is my top hobby!

I have been with the company for over 30 years and involved with the manufacturing since the beginning of Lincmaster productions since the early nineties. There have been many changes to these products over the years which I have overseen and adapted to make them more secure for plant theft. I am always looking to improve on what we have, and producing new products to keep your plant safe!

Having only known the Lincmaster Brand for a short time, being involved with the sales and manufacturing side has helped me understand the value of plant and the cost of theft. I enjoy working with people and love a challenge. Give me a problem and I will try my best to solve it. All though it’s not very nice to hear our customer say they have had their equipment stolen, it is good to know that I may have a solution to protect their plant equipment in the future!
